Cancellation windows for fixed-departure expeditions are listed below. Bespoke / corporate trips are quoted separately.

• 60+ days before departure — 90% refund
• 30-59 days — 50% refund
• 15-29 days — 25% refund
• Under 15 days — no refund, transferable to another tripper

Refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
